So the effect of the treatment will only be strengthened. After all, such symptoms of female ailments, like fatigue, mood swings, poor appetite, pain, honey easily eliminates.

The use of honey is possible both individually and in combination with other natural components in the treatment of the following ailments of the female urogenital system:

  • inflammation of the uterus, tubes and ovaries,
  • erosion of the uterine cervix,
  • colpitis of an infectious nature,
  • metrit, parametrita,
  • infertility

Important! Before starting honey treatment, you should find out whether the product is portable. In the normal perception of honey, doctors recommend choosing melisson, lime or thyme varieties, obtained on apiaries distant from the city line, for tampons.

Honey for infertility

A frequent reason explaining the impossibility of the female body to conceive a child is considered to be diseases that had been transferred earlier or their current chronic stage. Vaginal honey applications relieve inflammation, have a sedative effect on the ovaries, help stabilize the menstrual cycle. They are also useful for representatives of the fair sex, in whom conception does not occur due to unidentified circumstances.

The method of preparation of a therapeutic home tampon is simple. For him they take a piece of gauze, which is rolled up with a roller and coated with fresh honey in the amount of half a teaspoonful of teaspoon.

Important! If honey is candied, then they do not need to be neglected. It simply should "dissolve" in a water bath. Although the level of utility after this procedure, the product is slightly reduced.

The course of therapy with honey applications for infertility is 10 days and is performed immediately after the end of menstruation. Repeatability - three cycles.

Honey for endometriosis

The growth of the mucous layer lining the uterus from the inside, often involves surgical treatment. But the operation is not always able to fix the problem once and for all. Since the spread of endometrium can be observed in the ovaries, fallopian tubes and other organs. The patient in such a situation not only feels pain, but often loses the opportunity to become pregnant.

Honey applications with endometriosis lead to normal metabolic processes, thus preventing the growth of endometrial cells outside the uterus. Honey before use is diluted with warm water in the same ratio. The time of action is 8-10 hours, in connection with which the tampons are left overnight. After it is removed, douche infusion of medicinal herbs is performed.

Thrush or fungal infection

It is quite difficult to fight the fungus in the vagina even through conservative medicine. Not to mention the fact that most of them have a whole list of side effects. Recurrences of the disease are not uncommon, if a woman barely changes her usual way of life, gets cold or drinks antibiotics. Yeast-like fungus, which is the causative agent of thrush, is afraid of alkaline environment. Therefore, the honey tampon will fit perfectly to combat it. In relation to the mucous membrane, the product has a disinfecting and soothing effect, improves the composition of the microflora, removes swelling and itching.

Before the introduction of the inside means, a cleaning procedure of the external genital organs and the vagina is performed, which is carried out with a cotton disc soaked in boiled water. The remedy is left in for several hours.

Honey with propolis against women's ailments

Propolis is directly related to honey and is also endowed with a number of healing qualities. Treatment for them is also quite popular. In the 70s of the 20th century in Poland, even scientific studies were devoted to this topic, which confirmed the effectiveness of the product in the healing of diseases (including infectious) of the vagina.

In our own country, women with urogenital diseases treat tampons with propolis in women. Namely:

  1. Cervical erosion. It is first cleaned of mucus with a moistened cotton pad. Then the agent is introduced in the form of a tampon with propolis ointment applied on it (10-15%). Propolis can be inserted into the vagina in a different way by wrapping the propolis piece with gauze. The tool is left in the vagina for the whole night. The tampon must be in contact with the cervix. The result of the treatment will be noticeable after 10-12 days. In another recipe, propolis is combined with butter. The method involves mixing the first product in an amount of 10 g with the second (200 g) in a water bath. To achieve the desired result, the mixture is introduced into the vagina for 10 nights.
  2. Inflammation of the vagina, the causative agent of which are fungi, trichomonads, gonococci and other pathogens. With the development of inflammation, propolis is injected in the form of a pad of water-alcohol (3%) impregnation. Treat the vagina in this way for about a week, placing the tool in it once a day.
  3. Fibromyoma of the uterus. Vial preparations of propolis reduce the severity and growth of a benign neoplasm.
  4. Cystitis.

Propolis-soaked tampons have wound-healing properties, for this reason they are often recommended for use after surgery on female organs. Health with them is restored much faster.

Aloe is a great addition to honey. The combined preparation is indicated in the form of injections with a cyst in the ovaries, adhesions in the tubes, infertility and for better rehabilitation after surgery.

Topical aloe vera treatment is indicated for colpitis and vulvitis. Erosion of the cervix is eliminated by the combined effect of these products. Juice from aloe leaves, which is kept in a cold place for 10 days, is optimally suitable as a medicinal raw material. Products taken in equal proportion. With the introduction of the vagina, it is important to provide a contact means with the affected organ. In order to make the agent softer in impact, a few drops of castor oil drip into it. The course of treatment is 10-12 procedures. After each need to perform syringing broth calendula.

Any popular treatment, including the one described above, must be carried out strictly with the consent of the attending doctor. Although honey has a comprehensive chemical composition, it still belongs to the category of allergens. Moreover, good tolerance as a food product can not guarantee the same result with vaginal use.

Having such signs after setting a honey tampon, such as swelling of the mucous membrane in the vagina, itching and soreness, treatment should be interrupted and antihistamine medicine should be drunk.

Vitamins in endometriosis - for proper metabolism

All violations in endometriosis occur against the background of hormonal disorders. Hormones are substances that are secreted by the endocrine glands, enter the blood and regulate the metabolism and functions of individual organs. In order for the hormonal background to be correct, nutrition is of great importance, since it is from food that the substances necessary for the synthesis of hormones are formed.

What are vitamins and what function they perform in a woman's body

Fat-soluble vitamins A and E - what effect they have on endometriosis

Vitamins A and E are vital for endometriosis. As you know, hormonal disorders and immunity disorders lead to the development of endometriosis.

Vitamin A or retinol is a vitamin that “oversees” the immune system, protein metabolism is disturbed without vitamin A, and since all immune cells are made up of proteins, immunity is also violated.Vitamin A is found in animal products - in meat and animal liver, fatty fish, fish oil, egg yolk, butter. There is no vitamin A in vegetable products, but there is its predecessor, beta-carotene, from which vitamin A is formed in the body.

Women suffering from endometriosis, vitamin A is necessary. But there is one caveat: steroids are formed from fatty products of animal origin in the body, of which, in turn, estrogens are synthesized. And estrogens with endometriosis and so are formed in excess, so the lack of vitamin A should be replenished mainly with plant products. You can eat several times a week and also fatty sea fish - it has a positive effect on metabolism. We improve metabolism and lose weight without diets and do not contribute to increased secretion of estrogen. Beta-carotene is found in carrots, red bell pepper, parsley, leek, apricots, peaches, and black currants.

Vitamin E (tocopherol) has a positive regulatory effect on the activity of the sex glands, therefore, with endometriosis, it is always included in the complex treatment. In addition, hormonal disorders Violations of the hormonal background - the basis for the formation of diseases are always accompanied by the release of a large number of toxic free radicals (products of redox reactions in the metabolism), and vitamin E inhibits the formation of free radicals.

Vitamin E is found in vegetable oils, as well as in fatty products of animal origin. Just as in the situation with vitamin A, with endometriosis, preference should be given to products of plant origin rich in tocopherols.

The attending physician can include drugs containing vitamins A and E in the complex treatment, but the woman herself cannot do this: endometriosis relapses can be triggered by the most unexpected factors, this process has not been studied enough.

Vitamins that affect the circulatory system and blood composition

In endometriosis, the main symptom is regular blood loss, which leads to the formation of iron deficiency anemia. Therefore, vitamins that strengthen the walls of blood vessels - C and P, as well as vitamin K, which increases blood clotting and folic acid, folic acid - are important; it is difficult to overestimate the value. involved in the normalization of the process of blood formation.

Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) is found in all kinds of cabbage, sweet peppers, tomatoes, horseradish, spinach, hips, citrus fruits, black currants. Vitamin P (rutin) is also found in citrus fruits, black currants, mountain ash, black chokeberry, green tea leaves, and walnuts.

Vitamin K (phylloquinone) is found in spinach, cauliflower, hips, green tomatoes, needles, and alfalfa leaves. Folic acid (vitamin B9) enters the body mainly with meat and dairy products, with fish, eggs. In addition, it is found in peas and cereals.

All these vitamins in endometriosis also can not be taken alone in the form of tablets or dietary supplements. All drugs in the treatment of endometriosis can only prescribe a doctor. And vitamins are no exception.

  • ovarian cysts,
  • neurological disorders due to constant compression of the nerve trunks,

  • reduce the likelihood of conception,
  • infertility
  • degeneration of endometrial tissue into a malignant tumor.

To avoid these consequences, carry out complex treatment, which includes hormones, anti-inflammatory drugs, intramuscular injections of prolonged MPA and other drugs. Endometriosis also shows physiotherapy, in particular - magnetic therapy. The advantages of this method:

  • quick pain relief - after a few procedures, most patients notice a marked improvement in their condition,
  • high efficiency - especially in combination with other methods,
  • minimum number of contraindications - magnetic therapy is permitted for many gynecological diseases and has no toxic effects on the body,

    • temperature over 38 degrees.

Magnetotherapy is effective only with endometriosis I-II degree of distribution and has:

  • anesthetic,
  • anti-inflammatory,
  • trophic
  • and anti-adhesive effects.

The principle of operation is based on the influence of magnetic fields of low and high frequencies. They have a beneficial effect on the restoration of the correct polarity of the cells, improve the functioning of the enzyme system and stimulate blood circulation. The result is the activation and strengthening of the body's natural defenses.

Magnetic therapy courses for endometriosis are usually prescribed in the intervals between hormone therapy and in the early postoperative period. This approach greatly increases the effectiveness of treatment and allows you to achieve good results. In view of the testimony, choose one of two possible options:

    2. The increase in the content of prolactin.

The phytohormones (phytoestrogen and phytoprogesterone) contained in one-sided ortila restore hormonal balance by gently affecting the endocrine system, which causes a minimum of side effects. In addition, this plant reduces the production of prolactin, which is in feedback with the hormone progesterone.

The development of mastopathy, which late treatment can lead to breast cancer, also results in:

  • endocrine system diseases
  • dysfunction of the urinary system,
  • psychological and emotional overload
  • gynecological diseases.

Borovaya uterus successfully fights these causes due to its constituent components. This plant is a natural antioxidant. It has an antimicrobial, anti-tumor and anti-inflammatory effect on the body. Vitamin C and citric acid, which are contained in the boron uterus, actively stimulate the functioning of the endocrine glands, while resins, zinc, manganese and bitter substances strengthen the immune system.

Copper has an antimicrobial and antiseptic effect on the body, facilitating a quick recovery process after abortion.

It should be noted that in case of dysfunctional uterine bleeding, it is necessary, first of all, to stop the bleeding itself, in order to prevent the development of anemia (decrease the level of hemoglobin in the blood). To do this, you can resort to the help of hemostatic collection.

1.5 tbsp the uterus of the uterus is poured with a glass of boiling water, after which the mixture is put on a slow fire for 10 minutes. Then the decoction is infused for 4 hours, filtered and taken 1 tablespoon each. five times a day.

    Borovaya uterus with hyperplasia

Hyperplasia is a prerequisite for the development of cancer, as well as female infertility.

The main prerequisite for the formation of hyperplasia is a violation of the hormonal balance, which provokes the failure of the menstrual cycle. Borovaya uterus normalizes the amount of estrogen and progesterone, thereby eliminating the main cause of the disease. In addition, this plant normalizes the menstrual cycle, contributing to the process of blood formation.

For hyperplasia for three months, pharmacy alcoholic infusion of ortilium is used one-sided, which is taken three times a day, one teaspoon each. You can also give preference to broth, which should be drunk within 4 to 5 months.

Ortilium is one-sided with inflammation of the ovaries

Ovarian inflammation (oophoritis) is most often an STI.

In addition, the cause of inflammation of the ovaries can be a weakening of the immune system. Therefore, the treatment of oophoritis should be anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, bactericidal, immunomodulatory. One-sided Ortiliya has all the listed properties, therefore it is used in the treatment of inflammation of the ovaries.

It is recommended to take a tincture of ortilia in one side in the amount of 35 drops, which are diluted in 200 ml of boiled water. The drug is taken three times a day, one hour before meals. The treatment lasts at least three weeks.

Borovoy uterus with inflammation of the appendages (adnexitis)

Adnexitis (inflammation of the uterus) is triggered by the following factors:

  • STI,
  • mechanical damage to the uterus (abortion, use of the intrauterine device, cesarean section),
  • weakening of immunity
  • related gynecological diseases.

Thus, the treatment of adnexitis is the use of drugs with anti-inflammatory, desensitizing, analgesic and immunostimulating action. Ortiliya one-sided possesses all listed properties thanks to the elements which are its part. So, phytohormones and vitamin C have desensitizing properties, resins, flavonoids and citric acid - immunomodulating, arbutin and tannins - anti-inflammatory, saponins - anesthetic.

    Ortiliya one-sided with adenomyosis

    Causes of adenomyosis:

    1. Impaired immune processes.

    2. Genetic predisposition.

    3. Hormonal disruptions.

Borovoy uterus preparations suppress the ovarian secretion of the hormone estradiol. because they contain phytohormones, normalizing hormones by reducing estrogen and increasing progesterone. In addition, the uterus of the uterus boosts immunity and fights against pathogenic bacteria. When adenomyosis is recommended to take pharmaceutical alcohol tinctures, which are more effective than water-based drugs.

    Ortilium is one-sided with endometritis

Endometritis with delayed treatment leads to infertility.

    Causes of endometritis:

  • diseases of the urinary system,
  • inflammatory processes of the genitourinary system,
  • childbirth
  • polyps.

The protective mechanisms of the uterus are closely linked to the effects of sex hormones (especially the female hormone estrogen). With the onset of menstruation, the defense mechanism is exhausted, since during this period there is a lack of estrogen. As a result, the uterus may be infected. Normalize the hormonal balance will help boron uterus drugs, which can be taken as decoctions, tinctures, tinctures, tea, baths. Borovoy uterus tincture is drunk on 35 - 40 drops three times a day, one hour before eating food.

Ortilia one-sided affects the body as follows:

  • inhibits the action of pathogenic microorganisms,
  • stimulates the body's defenses

    2. Cleans the circulatory system in particular, and the entire body as a whole, from toxins.

    3. Stabilizes blood pressure.

    4. Restores and improves the blood.

    5. Increases mental as well as physical activity.

    6. Relieves spasms localized in the area of the brain.

This plant has the following properties:

  • adaptogenic
  • anti-inflammatory,
  • hemostatic,
  • immunomodulatory,
  • fortifying.

It should be noted that when taking drugs from the red brush in the body reduces the content of free radicals, which has a beneficial effect on the therapeutic effect in the treatment of both cancer and cardiovascular diseases.

The red brush, which includes phytoestrogen and phytoprogesterone, regulates the endocrine system, helping to eliminate problems associated with the lymph nodes, the thyroid gland, and the adrenal glands.

One of the main active ingredients of this medicinal plant is salidrozid, which manifests itself as an initiator of oxidative processes, due to which it contributes to the manifestation of the following properties:

  • oncoprotector,
  • anti-inflammatory,
  • anti-infection,
  • adaptogenic,
  • bactericidal.

Thus, the red brush is recommended for the prevention and treatment of diseases of bacterial, viral, and fungal etiology.

But, like any medicinal plant, the red brush has contraindications, including:

  • simultaneous use with hormones, and with both synthetic and phytohormones (the exception is the uterus),
  • use of low alcohol and alcoholic beverages,
  • hypertension,
  • fever,
  • pronounced atherosclerosis,
  • high blood pressure
  • pregnancy
  • lactation period
  • violation of the cardiovascular system,
  • mental excitement
  • individual intolerance.

    1. Allergic reaction.

Simultaneous reception of boron uterus and red brush is carried out in four stages, the duration of each of which is two weeks. At the same time, it is mandatory to take a break for one or two weeks between the stages (it all depends on how the patient feels). Ortiliya one-sided and red brush are applied in the form of water infusion.

Borovoy uterus and red brush leaves, taken in a 1: 1 ratio, are ground, after which 2 tbsp. collection poured 1 liter of boiling water. The drug is infused for 12 hours, and is taken three times a day, on an empty stomach (one hour before eating). The infusion is taken in one tablespoon, diluted with a teaspoon of natural honey.

    Borovaya uterus and sage

Sage, like boron uterus, has a positive effect on the hormonal background of women, namely:

    2. Normalizes the menstrual cycle.

    4. Helps interrupt lactation.

    5. Reduces the appearance of menopause.

The composition of sage is a phytoestrogen - a natural analogue of the female hormone estrogen, which is involved in the formation of the follicle. Therefore, sage preparations are recommended for women with low estrogen levels, thin endometrium and poorly developing follicles. In addition, the astringent properties of this medicinal plant help to reduce bleeding.

    Sage has the following properties:

  • disinfectant
  • astringent
  • antimicrobial,
  • pain killer
  • expectorant
  • tonic,
  • diuretic,
  • vasodilator
  • carminative,
  • anti-rotten.

Anti-inflammatory effect of sage due to the presence in the plant of such components:

These substances have the following effects:

  • condense epithelial tissue,
  • reduce the degree of permeability of cell membranes,
  • reduce the insight of the walls of blood and lymphatic vessels.

Sage also actively affects gram-positive microflora and Staphylococcus aureus. suppressing the action of alpha-toxin, provoking the development of this disease.

Traditional and traditional medicine sage is widely used in the treatment of:

  • genitourinary system
  • mental disorders
  • depressive states
  • chronic fatigue
  • of cardio-vascular system,
  • digestive tract,
  • respiratory system
  • oral cavity.

    Contraindications drugs with sage:

    1. Pregnancy (especially in the first trimester), since this plant increases the amount of estrogen and reduces the amount of progesterone responsible for conception.

    3. Polycystic, in which there is a surplus of estrogen. The use of sage can be prescribed only to patients with normal levels of progesterone.

    4. Diseases in which the level of estrogen increases (for example, with myoma and endometriosis).

    5. Hypersensitivity to the plant.

    6. Amenorrhea (or prolonged delay of menstruation).

It should be noted that side effects are observed only with the use of large doses of sage preparations (more than 15 g of dry raw materials).

Simultaneous reception of sage with the pine womb is carried out according to the following scheme:

    1. The first half of the cycle (about 10 - 11 days after the end of menstruation) - sage.

    2. The second half of the cycle (from the moment of ovulation to the beginning of the next menstruation) is the pine forest.

Sage is taken twice a day - in the morning on an empty stomach, and in the evening (just before going to bed). At the same time, his preparations are shown only to women with low estrogen levels, an excess of which provokes an egg break up ahead of time.

    Sage Recipe

1 tsp Herbs are filled with 300 ml of hot water and infused for 20 minutes. A decoction is taken in the fourth part of the glass, half an hour before meals. Every day you need to cook a fresh broth. The course of treatment is three months, after which a month’s break is taken.

Important! Any medicinal plant should be taken solely on the recommendation of the attending physician who correctly selects the drug, its dosage and method of application. Self-medication can lead to serious complications!

Before use, you should consult with a specialist.

    Treatment of adenomyosis

When making a diagnosis of uterine adenomyosis, treatment is prescribed exclusively for each individual, taking into account the shape, severity of the pathological process, the general condition of the body, the patient's age and her desire to have children in the future. To date, two main methods of medical correction of this disease will be applied in clinical practice: conservative and surgical. Each of them has its advantages and disadvantages, indications and contraindications.

    Conservative treatment of adenomyosis

In the early stages of adenomyosis, when the symptoms of the disease are mild or absent, only timely diagnosis and complex treatment will help to avoid serious complications such as menstrual disorders, heavy monthly bleeding, anemia and infertility.

    Hormone therapy

Due to the fact that internal genital endometriosis belongs to the group of hormone-dependent pathologies, the main task of conservative (drug) therapy is to suppress estrogen secretion. Therefore, patients are first recommended to take drugs that help restore normal hormonal levels. This group includes:

  • oral contraceptives. With course use, which lasts for 6–12 months, they reduce pain and intensity of monthly bleeding, as well as cause necrosis and complete disappearance of endometriotic foci. With a diagnosis of adenomyosis, treatment with hormone drugs containing ethinyl estradiol increases the chance of pregnancy by 50%,
  • androgens. Drugs in this group inhibit the growth of pathological foci, eliminate pain and cause prolonged remission. However, these drugs have a number of serious side effects (decreased libido, weight gain, the appearance of acne, the ability to damage liver cells). Therefore, they are used with great care, under constant medical supervision,
  • progestogens - drugs that reduce the proliferative activity of endometriotic tissue. They cause atrophy of endometrial foci and contribute to the development of medical amenorrhea. However, they can provoke nausea, vomiting, headaches, dizziness, swelling, weight gain, menstrual-like reactions,
  • GnRH analogues. These hormonal agents lead to a complete shutdown of ovarian function. Appointed to patients who are in the premenopausal period. To prevent the development of possible complications (decreased libido, atrophic vaginitis, etc.) are used in combination with estrogen and progestogen.

    Symptomatic therapy

With spastic pains that occur during menstruation, algomenorrhea, dysuria, dyspareunia, and other manifestations of pain, which is a frequent companion of adenomyosis, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs are recommended. These drugs interrupt the cascade of inflammatory reactions that develop during the synthesis of prostaglandins (hormone-like substances that stimulate the contraction of smooth muscles of the uterus and play a pathogenetic role in the development of infertility).

Analgesics can be used to relieve intense pain in combination with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or separately from them. Antifibrinolytic drugs are prescribed to reduce blood loss, and tranquilizers and vegetocorrectors (agents that improve the functioning of the hypothalamus and the limbic zone of the brain) are used to improve the vegetative tonus.

    Immunomodulatory Therapy

Immunomodulators are recommended to normalize the work of altered components of the immune system, suppress local inflammatory processes and persistent reduction of pain syndrome. A particular drug is prescribed individually, taking into account the state of the patient's immune system.

    Antioxidant Therapy

The use of antioxidant drugs not only protects the female body from the effects of adverse environmental factors, but also has a therapeutic effect on the complex biochemical processes occurring in adenomyosis. Vitamins, flavonoids, modulators of free radical oxidation, carotenoids, tocopherols, etc. are used as medicines.

    Anti-inflammatory and absorbable therapy

This direction of treatment is recommended in the case when associated inflammatory and adhesions are associated with the clinic of adenomyosis. It is also important for increasing the effectiveness of hormonal drugs. As an anti-inflammatory agent, agents containing sodium thiosulfate are recommended, which promote the resorption of connective tissue scars, which consist of mature collagen. Phibs, aloe extract, etc. are used as biostimulants.

    Physiotherapy and balneological treatment

To increase the body's resistance and enhance the adaptive-compensatory potential, patients suffering from adenomyosis are prescribed physiotherapy treatment. It includes electrophoresis, magnetic therapy, phonophoresis, ultrasound, galvanization, as well as electrostimulation of the cervix.

Well-proven in the diagnosis of adenomyosis, radon vaginal irrigation, pearl, oxygen, bromine, sulphate, sulphite and sodium chloride baths. These procedures are prescribed for relieving an acute process or in a stage of stable remission.

How long to treat uterine adenomyosis with conservative methods? Unfortunately, it is impossible to give a definite answer to this question. The course of treatment can last from 3-6 months to a year. Often it allows to achieve the maximum therapeutic effect only at the early stage of the disease, in the presence of single foci of inflammation.

    Surgical treatment of adenomyosis

When diagnosing multiple extensive foci of adenomyosis, surgical treatment is recommended. To date, surgery, which allows to restore the normal anatomical structure of the uterus in a short time, is prescribed not only to patients who have reached the age of 35–40 years old, but also to younger women who have not yet given birth.

    Indications for surgery:

  • nodular form of adenomyosis,
  • combined pathology (the course of adenomyosis on the background of leiomyoma, cervical erosion, polyps, ovarian tumors, etc.),
  • lack of effect of drug therapy (the presence of pronounced pain syndrome, prolonged bleeding, anemia).

When choosing a surgical tactic, the form and extent of the pathological process, the patient's age, her desire to preserve the uterus, as well as further reproductive plans (desire or unwillingness to have a child) are primarily taken into account.

Today, the treatment of nodular adenomyosis in most cases is carried out using laparoscopic equipment. This is a technically difficult operation involving the separation of endometrial nodes from the myometrium, their subsequent excision and restoration of the uterine wall. After laparoscopy, patients are prescribed rehabilitation therapy, which includes treatment with gestagen-estrogen and homeopathic preparations, physiotherapy, iodide-bromine and radon baths.

    The advantages of this technique:

  • the use of a high-resolution optical system that helps to detect inaccessible and subtle foci,
  • the use of low-impact microsurgical techniques, which allows to make the most accurate incision and targeted destruction,
  • almost complete absence of postoperative adhesions.

    Hysterectomy

In the diffuse form of internal genital endometriosis, the optimal method of choice is radical surgery (hysterectomy, or supravaginal amputation of the uterus). It is carried out only according to medical indications (with unwillingness to have children in the future, with severe pain syndrome, anemia, etc.). In this situation, the appendages and ovaries are preserved (provided they are not affected by adenomyosis).

The modern strategy of management of patients suffering from uterine adenomyosis implies the obligatory carrying out of complex treatment combining both conservative and surgical methods. Such a highly effective approach allows optimizing organ-saving tactics, which is especially important for women of reproductive age who want to become pregnant, bear and give birth to a healthy child.

    Endometriosis

Endometriosis is the proliferation of the endometrium lining the inner surface of the uterus, outside of it. Endometriosis is the most mysterious and relevant disease in modern gynecology - the incidence of endometriosis is about 10% of all other gynecological diseases.

The most famous and common causes of endometriosis are as follows:

    - menstruation. Overwhelmingly endometriosis occurs in women of reproductive age. The peak incidence occurs at the age of 30-50 years. It is believed that during menstruation, blood is thrown from the endometrial cells into the abdominal cavity. Subsequently, the endometrium is transported to the surrounding tissues and peritoneum,

    - hormonal disorders. It is noted that almost all patients with endometriosis there are changes in the ratio of steroid hormones: there is a high release of FSH (follicle-stimulating hormone) and LH (luteinizing hormone). At the same time, the level of progesterone decreases, prolactin increases and the androgenic function of the adrenal cortex is disturbed.

    - genetic predisposition - even emit family forms of endometriosis. There are cases of endometriosis in eight daughters born from the same mother. Identified specific genetic markers that determine the woman's disposition to the incidence of endometriosis,

    - impaired immunity - with a normal level of immunity, endometrial cells cannot survive outside the uterus. The protective functions of the body destroy endometrial cells outside the inner layer of the uterus and prevent them from implanting beyond its limits. And in women with endometriosis, a different picture is observed - due to impaired immune systems, the endometrial tissue calmly continues its growth outside the uterus or grows into the body of the uterus.

    - endometrial metaplasia - that is, the transformation of one tissue into another. There is a theory that the endometrium, falling outside the uterus, can turn into another tissue. However, the cause of metaplasia is still not clear and causes controversy among researchers.

    Honey Tampons

At present, many women are not aware of the fact that gynecology may be treated with “honey” tampons. Of course, on the basis of newly discovered preparations especially for women, common-style methods are forgotten and lose their demand. But, at times, the effectiveness of the improvised means turns out to be stronger than the professional ones.

Tampons with honey? At the moment, it sounds crazy and causes great surprise in modern women. So, honey douching and honey tampons have become forgotten methods of female treatment. And this is partly in vain. After all, honey is a completely natural product, which includes a number of biologically active substances, valuable vitamins and useful trace elements (folic acid, A-carotene, glucose). Despite the fact that honey is for the most part a table product and a common means of personal care, it can also be used in the field of female gynecology.

Honey is not an irritant for the mucous membranes of the pelvic organs. The effect of its influence remains for a long time. Many female diseases can be cured with ordinary honey. Qualified doctors recommended using lime honey (only from linden, not urban), thyme, peppermint and lemon balm. The external method of treatment with honey tampons can be combined with the internal. That is, eat it in small portions or add it to tea. BUT! In the event that any use or consumption of honey causes an allergic reaction (swelling on the body, rashes, various kinds of discharge, nausea, dizziness), then taking honey is generally prohibited, in particular, as a gynecological remedy.

    When honey tampons are used

Honey is mainly used in inflammatory diseases of the uterus. According to some women, honey even helps to overcome infertility and contributes to conception.

What is the range of indications for the use of tampons with honey?

  • inflammatory diseases of the uterus (tubes, appendages, cyst),
  • climate disorders
  • thrush (candidiasis),
  • during pregnancy
  • metritis, parametritis, trichomonas colepitis, adnexitis.

The use of tampons with honey is a good and convenient way of treating female diseases. Sometimes the doctor can prescribe honey douching in a complex along with taking other medications (for example, honey solution 30% for douching). Natural honey as a pure bee product comes to the rescue in many delicate female situations. According to reviews of some lucky women, honey really cures erosion of the cervix after childbirth (can be used in combination with other medicinal decoctions, for example, chamomile or aloe). Erosion of the cervix during current pregnancy is also one of the reasons for its use.

Vaginal and cervical secretions (appearing from the cervix) can also be removed with tampons with honey (20–25 g of honey should be lubricated with a tampon and placed deep into the vagina). The course of treatment is 10-15 procedures.

Honey tampons help to cope with infertility. Perhaps it sounds loud, but according to some lucky ones, such tampons helped them conceive a long-awaited baby. It can be assumed that honey acts in the inflammatory focus of the uterine appendages (ovaries), and that is what causes infertility.

    The benefits of honey tampons

Tampons with honey in gynecology is a rather non-traditional way of getting rid of women's problems. They effectively eliminate the emergence of inflammatory processes, clean the microflora of the internal genital organs of a woman. We can not say that tampons with honey are equally useful and suitable for everyone. The result of treatment is always highly individual. And if for one woman tampons with honey are suitable as a means of treatment and prevention, then for another, their use may be completely fruitless.

It is contraindicated to use tampons with honey in cases of extreme individual sensitivity to it, intolerance or allergies. Consultation with the attending gynecologist - this is why you need to apply first if there are any problems on the women's front. You should not check the benefits of honey tampons yourself.

According to some women, tampons with honey can cause dysbacteriosis of the vagina (its natural environment is somewhat disturbed, dryness occurs). It is advisable to note that there is no scientific justification for the use of honey in gynecology as such, it still remains a representative of traditional medicine.

How to make tampons with honey

In order to prepare for a course of treatment using honey tampons, you need to know how to do them. Would need:

  • packaging of tampons and a jar of honey (liquid, but not candied!),
  • sterile gauze or bandage,
  • syringe or enema.

A tampon with honey can be made in two ways.

First: the tampon must be wrapped in a sterile bandage and moistened in a honey solution (proportions: 1 part honey to 2 parts water, you can add a few drops of aloe solution). This tampon must be inserted deep into the vagina at night (no more than 12 hours), in the morning to remove. Before the introduction, you must do the cleaning of the vagina (for example, soda or chamomile syringing). Course of treatment: 10-14 days (no longer than two weeks).

The second way to make a tampon: lubricate it 1 tsp. honey (about 25g.), enter into the vagina for 3-4 hours (longer is not recommended!). The treatment course is also necessary to withstand at least two weeks. Already for 5-6 days you can feel relief from inflammatory processes and painful sensations (during use, there may be a discharge of brown color).

The use of tampons with honey must be accompanied by other aids. For example, the alternation of honey compresses with the lubrication of the vagina 15% propolis tincture.

An alternative to tampons with honey can be specially developed therapeutic phytoampons. that help fight female gynecological diseases.
